This is ze captain speaking… Nah, I’m just kidding. It’s just me.
Just sitting here listening to The Offspring’s new album “Days Go By”. I like what I hear so far… Track 7 playing right now, “All I Have Left Is You”.
This week has been crazy. Crazy fun for the most part.
I’ve been so obnoxiously down the past month, so it’s nice to finally feel a little lighter at heart. And a little less troubled at mind.
It’s raining outside today, but I don’t mind. I have sunshine in my head. Been laughing so many times by myself since I woke up at around 7am this morning. And now it’s around 12.50pm here… :D
Went to West Coast Riot last thursday, a punk rock festival here in Sweden. That day was one of the best days ever this year. Cloudless sky and loads of music that you love, what else could you ask for?
I didn’t, and I still don’t, care that I went alone to the festival. There’s always someone that will walk up to you and start talking to you out of nothing.
This one guy sat down with me and started to ask me where my friends was. And he told me that his friends were assholes because they weren’t with him and he couldn’t find them, haha.
Then he wanted to talk about life and stuff. And I politely declined, because when I get into that subject I make myself (and sometimes other people) cry.
We ended up discussing what’s good and bad for you, because I declined to join him in the beer area. Since I don’t drink any alcohol if I’m going to the gym the day after.
“We are so different you and I. You go to the gym 5 days a week and I drink buttloads of alcohol. Well, I gotta get going to find my friends… See you at the gym! Not!”
What a day. It ended really nice too. Afterwards around 10pm I went to work to eat some and bother my collegues.
And instead of jumping on my last bus home around midnight, I went to bother an internet buddie of mine who I’ve “known” for around… Loads of years? I don’t remember actually. 6 years? 5? Something like that.
Awesome to finally meet him. He was just as lovely and edgy as he seemed :)
I slept neither good or much that night, haha. We ended up talking about a bunch of different things. And I still feel bad for keeping him up when he was supposed to sleep and get up early to work the morning after… Gaaah!
Ah well, we’re both to blame really. He could have taken the chance to fall asleep when I finally shut my mouth after a few hours of babbling. Instead he took a chance at something else… ;D
Anywhore, gotta prepare myself to walk out in the rain and wait for my bus. Work work in 3 hours…
